Hi Fluffy
Buddies!!

I'm finally getting a little back on track. I've been trying to get the pictures of all our new buddies edited & ready to be added to this newsletter which is why last month slipped by.
Before we get to the fun stuff tho-I have a couple boring office stuff that I must mention. Yes, somewhere between all the fur & drool I do have yucky bookkeeping things I need to accomplish. First applies to right this minute- right now-how are you reading this? Are you reading a printed copy that was mailed to you? If yes-do you have an e-mail address? I know there a lot of you out there with e-mail addresses that I lost with the computer crashes last summer & I would like to get those back into my address books & have you read the newsletter on-line. It saves me postage! And because gas prices seem to want to take most of my money these days where ever I can save I do! Prior to my crashes I was mailing approximately 75 newsletters out. Currently I am sending 125! That's about $20.00 a month I could be saving, so please help. The other issue is the checks I receive. I have tried to place as close to the amount on the invoice as I can: Please make checks payable to "Jill Nuciolo" . I've let most slide because I was able to deposit them into my accounts but now the bank has gotten very strict & they are no longer allowing me that priveledge. I don't have a company account because I work as a DBA therefore I use a personal account. Again I can save money because company accounts have many more service charges/fees on them if you don't keep minimum balances & transactions. I don't come anywhere near the minimums with my little business & I would be paying quite a bit to the bank instead of to the pet shops buying toys! So unfortunately I will be calling to have you write a new check if you don't make it out to me which will be a pain for both of us! And of course that's also time spent that I could be playing with the toys & my fluffy buddies!
For those of you who didn't get a postcard- you can now go shopping on my website!! Right now I have a few things on there that I have on hand. If you want something that's not there ask me & I will get it & put it "in the store". The prices you see include the shipping so what you see is what you pay-except: I don't have to ship them to you since you are my customers. So as a customer, I can either bring them to you or you can pick them up! E-mail us with your order & we will give you the price without the shipping. It will be substantially lower! I tried every which way to charge shipping & nothing but this way worked out fairly. By the total of the order wasn't working because for instance-the furry mice. They aren't that heavy & you can send quite a few for practically nothing. So this seemed to be the fairest way to do it. The only exception to this are the catnip pillows from Stoker Creations. Those orders will be sent directly to Betsy & she will send them out from her home on the west coast. Also the items that I am a distributor for-Family Featured, Poop-freeze, etc. Your local orders can be e-mailed here to me, or from the website which goes to Linda. Linda is new on-board, she hired me as her pet sitter & one thing led to another & we came up with this idea about shopping so she is running most of it on her end. She is also the one that created the site! Didn't she do great?! Like I said- we just got it started so let me know what kind of products you are interested in buying & I will get them on. I am happy that I can save you all some money on these toys & treats. The mark-up is so high in the stores & if I can help close that gap I will be thrilled! The Family Featured items are very cute! They put your photos on just about anything. There are a lot of places like that popping up but these people seem to have some unique products. I really like the candle & I have not seen that anywhere else. The company is an a partnership with Pet Sitters International so their prices are fair & we can act as distributors!
Now for the new buddies! I did the same thing as before with the Kodak Gallery album. Just sign in, or create a user ID if you didn't last time-its very simple, doesn't cost anything & you can see all the pics from this time & last anytime you want all in one location! Click on the album you want to view, then if you want to see the names & bigger pics then click on "slideshow" in the upper right & there they all are! You can also click on the one picture & just see that bigger with pet's name. I'm pretty happy with quite a few of the pics this time. I have some interesting poses & shots- not always the best in the bunch but radiates the personality of the pet to perfection! Got 46 pictures this time but not nearly as many houses. One house has 10 pictures and that doesn't include all the cats! Almost I think- I'm missing 2 or 3 that were well hidden somewhere! Another group has 4 dogs, 2 cats & 3 birds, another with a dog & 4 cats! Then you have to go see some -- hmm, I want to say unique, but they are all unique-- different (?) Unusual (?)---oh heck-just go look-they are all adorable!! Mopsy the dog just fits his name perfectly & as the picture shows it seems so does Valentine! Lucy's picture is one of those that I look at & think-"how the heck did I do that??" She is so gorgeous it must've just been her beauty blocking everything else out. Take a look at Sophie-sweet looking beautiful Sophie--YEAH right!! That cat made history in my 11 years of pet sitting- I actually was stopped from entering the house by that cat! I told owner Hilda that I want to trade Sophie for Max to guard my truck & me! I did finally get in after about 10 min-by throwing some treats across the floor & dashing in when she looked away. But then I had to keep my coat in front of me when I was walking to get the food, mail, etc because she was ready to pounce at any second! She was not happy I was in her home for sure! Beatrice shares her home with Midnight aka poopyhead. Don't bother looking for his picture- all I saw of him was his butt running away a couple times. The butt ran into a room-I followed into the room, cat was not in room. huh?? Now I ask-how does poop-oops- Midnight know he doesn't like me if he's never come to meet me?? Didn't my mother always teach me you have to try something before you can say you don't like it?? (ahhem- there is an exception I informed her as I was in my adult years- tripe! eeeeuuuuu yuck big time!) Blondie is blind- she is soo cute- & she too gets around perfectly well like my Sarena. I finally got a couple more pictures of the resident cats where I have been visiting oh gee-gotta be 6, 7 years. Seems now each time I go 1 more peeks out. I am really glad I got a photo of Pop. He has mouth cancer & cannot open his mouth too far & he is elderly & slowing down. I was watching them over Christmas week & on Christmas Day I brought them their catnip toys. None of the cats were around except Pop who was sitting in his spot on the desk in the other room. I set my bag down on the table in the kitchen & proceeded to get their food ready. Couple minutes go by & Pop jumps down & comes in the kitchen. I'm thinking-"wow! he's going to walk up to me!" hahaha-Pop jumped up on the table, stuck his head in my bag & pulled out the catnip pillow & started play! I told Sandy & Niles there isn't anything wrong with his nose for sure!! SunnyD has many pictures-everytime I tried to take a picture of the other animals SunnyD's face would appear! Simba was supposed to be shy & afraid-- does he look like that to you?? And that was taken on day 2 of knowing him! There you go Simba- your picture is FINALLY up & you even got mentioned too!! These cute ones-geeezz- kept asking & asking when, when--- . I have been to visit to Jasmine & her sister Sasha probably 4 times since the first trip. Everytime I have taken more pictures of Jasmine trying to get a good one. I finally got this one just a couple weeks ago! I think Jasmine was the most difficult to photograph than any other! On the other spectrum is Missy-I couldn't get a bad picture if I tried! I've never had an animal eye's not glow with a flash picture! Ohh-so many stories, so many pictures! Pierre (2nd one) is another "shy" one, Taffy-what can I say-she doesn't like me :( , Taz-I have no idea how many dogs are in that one!, weiner for sure but---?? . Miranda my snuggler, Saltine with her charmer, Minnie adorable Min-Pin! She has fleece coats for these winter days! Chloe-she is actually from the last bunch but it turns out it wasn't Chloe who was in the original picture! (name tags anyone???) . They are all precious!
Then the sad- the ones that have gone on to Rainbow Bridge. I really felt awful for Warren & Rose-after recently loosing Foxie a few weeks ago, their dalmation Smokey passed on. I always had fun walking Smokey & I used to laugh at the curled up lip that made her look mean! I will miss her immensely. Within days of each other we lost our Shelties. Major-so shy, so sweet, so allergic to everything! But he took his meds like a trooper & never swayed from his happy ways. I've known Major many years & he will never be forgotten. No less special was Tara. I used to have the best time chasing her around the kitchen/hall/dining & livingrooms then we'd both collapse on the floor because we were too old to do that!! But we had fun & she was great & she left a hole in my heart. Gudgy my wonderful girl that ruled over her house from her spot on the table! All living thing was her slave. Finally-Masque. She just started letting me pet her & snuggle a little. I'm honored that she did! As all before her she will take a piece of my heart with her.
Well, I can't imagine how long this will be when I have to print it! My fault for not staying more current. That was my New Year Resolution. I guess that didn't last long!!

Hopefully I will be back in May! Until then--
I LOVE YOU BUNCHES!! ENJOY SPRING!
