Hi Fluffy Buddies!

Yes, I am still here! If you haven't noticed I guess you could say I've been on a bit of a hiatus. What's happening is I'm in the process of moving! So between visiting all of you I'm trying to get the new one completed & the one I'm in now sold & then the whole actual moving.  So until I am settled I will continue my hiatus.

Once my phone is set up at the new house I will send out cards, which will include my new phone number. I have tried my best to take the current one with me but it can't happen. My emails will stay the same & should (I hope!) be working promptly when I hook up the computer. I'm trying to get all lines in & working before my moving day.

I will be farther away but will continue to service most of you. Greece will still be my primary service area & approximately a 10-mile radius from there.  Effective May 1st, my per trip price will increase by $1.50 across the board.  I will no longer be charging a gas surcharge so with the current gas prices this cuts the increase almost in half when the additional miles to my new home are included. Prices will be per trip + tax & that is all.  As always I will not be charging extra for: more pets, bringing in mail, paper, medicating, holidays, winter & any other hidden charges. I think you will still find that I am comparable to any other pet sitter's fees & have continued to not price myself "above" the others due to my experience, continuing education & accreditation.
I will still be charging an extra $2.00 per trip (maximum $25.00) for less than a week's notice for my service.  One new part of my pricing structure will be concerning holidays only. If you are booked during a holiday & you cancel less than a week before your scheduled leave you will be charged for 1/2 the booked trip (maximum $100.00). The reason for this is during a holiday I turn new customers or last minute requests away because of my schedule having no openings.  When you then cancel me I have lost those that I have turned down.  Since holidays account for 75% of my annual income you can see this can be significant. Again this applies to holidays only.

The postcards which will be sent out soon will include all this information again. For those of you who read my newsletters I apologize for the duplication.

If you have any concerns regarding any of this please do not hesitate one minute to call & discuss it with me. I will do everything in my power to explain & alleviate any questions you have.  You know my first & foremost concern is the best possible care & love of your pet. Nothing is more important to me than getting to your house & spoiling my precious fluffy-buddy!!

Thank you for your patience & understanding during all these transitions & as soon as I am settled I will get back on track with photo albums & news!

Luv U Bunches!
